Patrick and Erica

It all started in a Starbucks. Patrick saw Erica and it was love at first latte! :-) He knew he had found the girl he wanted to be with for the rest of his life. When it came time to take their wedding photos, we were only blocks away from Starbucks, so we just had to take a short detour and get some photos of the newlyweds inside. The locals were gawking at the beautiful couple dressed in their wedding attire as they sipped on their coffees, and when they realized the romantic story behind the tux and white dress, their hearts melted and comments like, "That's so sweet!" and "Ahhhhhhh, how cute!" came pouring from their mouths. Meeting your soul mate at Starbucks...sounds like something out of a movie! :-)

Patrick and Erica got married in Bend, Oregon. Their ceremony was followed by a reception at Eagle Crest Resort. The sun was shinning, the autumn colors were rich, and love was in the air! It was the perfect setting for a fall wedding. Here are few of my favorite images from their special day.

Alyssa, All Grown Up

I have known Alyssa since she was a newborn. Our families have remained close throughout the years, so I've had the pleasure of watching Alyssa grow from a little girl to a young woman. One of my favorite memories about Alyssa was when I got to coach her at a basketball camp when she was in elementary school. Even when she was young, she had the heart of an athlete, and her good character has shined on and off the court. Alyssa, you have truly grown to be a beautiful woman, and I'm so glad I got to take your senior photos...here's some of the goods!

I have to comment on Alyssa's black and white dress! I love it!

It was a misty day and I just happened to have a black and white umbrella in my car. We decided that it might be fun to use it in some of the photos!

Nikki's Senior Photos

We did Nikki's Senior photos at Silver Creek Falls. The weather had us a bit on edge...we weren't sure if we would get rainned out, but everything worked out great and we got some beautiful shots. Nikki has the most gorgeous blue eyes, so I decided to focus on that for a few close ups. Nikki's sister Stephanie stepped in for a few photos too! Here's a preview of what we got!
